The Money Plot is the title of the appendix at the end of an edition of Balzac's novel, Cousin Bette. It summarizes the characters' relationships with each other, according to their financial transactions. It is also the title of a solo exhibition at Paradise Row, London, 2007, and of the wider body of works made around that time.
